We are seeking an experienced and organised administrator to join our family-run business, which specialises in the manufacture and installation of high-quality timber windows and doors.


This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence, both email and postal mail.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries for the team.
  • Performing data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales, production, and installation teams.
  • Assisting with basic invoicing and financial record keeping.
  • Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and welcoming.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in an office administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment, would be highly beneficial.
