A leading Independent Estate Agent is looking to recruit an Estate Agency Administrator to join their existing team based in West London. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have previous experience working within an estate agency dealing with Sales, Lettings and Property Administration. In this role you will be responsible for producing administration, producing new property particulars and uploading them to the company website and property portals. You will be working closely with the sales and letting teams and ensuring the smooth running of the back office. We are offering a salary of £27k - £32k per annum which is negotiable depending on your experience level in the industry. The role: Dealing with sales and lettings administration including producing property particulars, preparing tenancy contracts, arranging EPCs, EICRs and Gas Safety checks and other property management duties Uploading new instructions to the company website and property portals Dealing with telephone enquiries Producing advertising and marketing materials Editing and processing property photographs and marketing materials Checking compliance with legal requirements Ensuring the workload is prioritised Experience/skills required: Experience required working in an estate agency sales or lettings admin role Experience using Winman/ cfp would be beneficial Ability to prioritise your workload Excellent written and verbal English skills IT proficient Photoshop experience Package/benefits: £27k - £32k salary per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Annual performance bonus Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:15am - 6:00pm Work for a highly successful Estate Agency dealing with mid - high end market Work in a highly experienced and established team Immediate start date
