The Senior Events Assistant will be able to deliver exceptional customer service and will be experienced in running corporate functions. The ideal Coordinator will: · Ensure that the meeting spaces are set in accordance with the information supplied on function sheets. · Maintain a clear channel of communication with Kitchen and all other departments liaising and coordinating the functions alongside the Sales and Events Manager. · Set/reset the meeting rooms when required. Ensure that they are left in a presentable condition at all times. · Provide the highest level of service to our guests. · Connect and build rapport with guests at every possible opportunity.
