We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. You will work on a variety of commercial and public building projects throughout London, focusing on both planned and reactive maintenance, as well as refurbishments and general carpentry tasks. Responsibilities • Install and repair fire doors, frames, partitions, skirtings, and timber structures., • Conduct refurbishment works, including minor repairs, basic painting, and finishing tasks., • Attend client sites for planned and reactive maintenance., • Collaborate professionally with site managers, subcontractors, and clients., • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety requirements. Requirements Experience & Skills • Proven carpentry experience., • Multi-trade skills are advantageous., • Ability to complete work to a high standard and within set timeframes. Qualifications • Valid CSCS Card (required)., • NVQ, City & Guilds, or similar qualifications are preferred. Personal Qualities • Reliable, organized, with strong attention to detail., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
