• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and blockages., • Replace taps and shower units as needed., • Conduct mould wash and painting tasks., • Carry out locksmith repairs., • Utilize handyman skills for general maintenance tasks.

Own transport is not a requirement but must be able to get around London using public transport with personal tools. Materials and large tools will be delivered to site.
