  Different Touch Property Services is seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various trades, capable of carrying out a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks across multiple properties. Responsibilities will include: • General carpentry repairs (e.g., doors, frames, skirting boards), • Basic plumbing (e.g., tap repairs, leak detection, unblocking drains), • Minor electrical work (e.g., changing light fittings, fault finding), • Plastering and rendering repairs, • Painting and decorating, • Tiling and flooring, • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations. We are looking for an individual who has a strong intrest in the trade and is equipped with tools. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage their time effectively. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working in residential or commercial property maintenance is highly desirable.
