Property Maintenance Worker required to maintain properties in the South East London area for a letting company. General skills and knowledge of some plumbing and general electric work, painting and some carpentry and cleaning Must be a driver with a clean licence, you will be given a company van to drive General skills and knowledge of some plumbing and general electric work, painting and decorating. Must have experience in painting and decorating both residential and commercial properties. You must also have your own tools to carry out your work such as brushes etc. We are looking for an Experienced handyman/woman on a temporary basis. The primary focus of this role will be to undertake day to day reactive repairs for resident’s properties in social housing. Carry out repairs to occupied and unoccupied dwellings (Void works). Work in partnership with other operatives to complete works. Complete work sheets after each job through a mobile pda device Requirements Experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering and tilling. Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations Hold relevant training such as Working from Heights, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness. The ideal candidate will possess multiple trade skills and will be responsible for carrying out tasks in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, and decorating, among others. The role requires someone who can deliver high standards of workmanship, work independently, and manage tasks efficiently.
