A commercial mindset with the drive to maximise opportunities and deliver meaningful impact. YOUR PROVEN TRACK Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience using procurement systems, purchasing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong understanding of hospitality supply chains, supplier markets, and industry trends. The ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver results in an interim role. A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels. A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We’re here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be. That takes pace, creativity, and people who enjoy working with purpose. If you’re comfortable with change, motivated by ideas, and focused on crafting meaningful guest experiences, you’ll do well here.
