As we expand, we need an experienced professional to help us tackle the increasing workload and seize new opportunities. \n In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the commercial and technical pricing for complex, high-value maintenance and FM projects. Reporting to the Head of Estimating, you’ll collaborate with operational, commercial, and bid teams to create competitive and deliverable solutions. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Leeds or London offices. \n We pride ourselves on teamwork and collaboration. Your Key Responsibilities\n As a Senior Estimator, you will: \n\n • Lead the end-to-end estimating process for large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.\n, • Develop accurate, compliant, and commercially robust first-principles cost models.\n, • Analyze tender documentation, asset data, and service requirements to craft competitive solutions.\n, • Evaluate risks and opportunities, integrating them into pricing and submission strategies.\n, • Collaborate with Solutions Directors and the Proposals team to drive win themes and differentiators.\n, • Present pricing strategies at internal governance reviews and senior stakeholder meetings.\n, • Ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams post-award.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n We seek an established estimating professional with a proven track record in Hard FM. You should be comfortable leading strategic bids and shaping winning strategies.
