We are currently seeking to recruit a Plasterer on behalf of our client to join their building and maintenance team. The plasterer will carry out building repairs, maintenance, and renewals ranging from emergency to other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily. Refurbishment work will also be carried out to single site programmed repairs in occupied and void housing properties and other premises by best trade practice and to current standards and regulations. Key Knowledge and Experience The ideal candidate is required to have experience in the below: - Carry out work to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction - Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry. - Complete works ‘Right First Time’. - Work according to schedule - Ability to work flexibly to support service delivery between set hours which may include changes to working times/patterns to deliver an effective service." - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Producing animation involves several stages including generating ideas, building models and rigging lighting. Computer animation uses software known as CGI (computer-generated imagery). Tasks typically involve: liaising with clients and developing animation from their concepts creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative drawing in 2D to create sketches, artwork or illustrations designing models, backgrounds, sets, characters, objects and the animation environment using a range of materials, including modelling clay, plaster, oil paints, watercolours and acrylics developing the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements using technical software packages, such as Flash, 3ds Max, Maya, LightWave, Softimage and Cinema 4D building up accurate, detailed, frame-by-frame visuals recording dialogue and working with editors to composite the various layers of animation (backgrounds, special effects, characters and graphics) in order to produce the finished piece working to production deadlines and meeting clients' commercial requirements working as part of a broader production team, which might include liaising with printers, copywriters, photographers, designers, account executives, website designers or marketing specialists dealing with diverse business cultures, delivering presentations and finding funding. You will need to be proactive at selling your ideas and work to prospective customers and clients. This applies whether you're self-employed, working freelance or employed within a company.

We have an opportunity for experienced multi skilled/ traders to join our responsive maintenance team in London. The primary focus of this role will be to undertake day to day reactive repairs for resident’s properties in social housing. Key Responsibilities Undertake repair/renewal works across several trades such as plastering, carpentry, tiling, painting & decorating, locksmith and tiling. Undertake bathroom and kitchen fittings. Carry out repairs to occupied and unoccupied dwellings (Void works). Work in partnership with other operatives to complete works. Complete work sheets after each job through a mobile pda device Requirements Experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering and tilling. Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations Hold relevant training such as Working from Heights, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness.
