  Job Overview Salary of £46,800 Due to further expansion, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, particularly with walking floor vehicles, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. • Operate walking floor vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations., • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition., • Ensuring that the load is secured properly for transport., • Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of vehicle maintenance., • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road., • Communicate effectively with managers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport. Requirements • Valid commercial driving licence with a clean driving record and up to date CPC., • Must hold a full UK license for a minimum of 2 years, • Experience with class 1 walking floor/tipper vehicles and their operation is advantageous but not essential, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively., • Early starts required If you are a dedicated professional looking for an opportunity in the driving sector, we encourage you to apply for this position as we continue to grow our team of exceptional drivers.
