Building on the success of our Kentish Town restaurant, voted in the Top 10 Italian restaurants in London by OpenTable and ranked in the Top 200 on Tripadvisor, we are looking for a strong, fast and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen from the start of this exciting new chapter. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a brand new kitchen within an established and growing business, working alongside a strong existing team and using quality Italian ingredients, including products from our family vineyard in Italy. We are looking for a hands-on Head Chef who can lead from the front, set standards, and build a high-performing team. You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, from prep through to service, while working closely with the management team on menu development, cost control, and team training. At Rossella, we place a strong focus on developing our people. You won’t just run the kitchen, you’ll continue to grow as a Head Chef, with support in leadership, team building, menu development and running a multi-site operation. As we expand, there will be real opportunities to progress and take on more responsibility within the business.
