Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at REMOLI in Westfield Stratford. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Tasks include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing creative ideas for menu development. The Sous Chef will work closely with the culinary team to deliver exquisite pasta dishes and uphold REMOLI's culinary standards. Looking for a junior sous chef for our cafe in Hackney Central serving all day breakfast/Brunch and sandwiches. We work in an open plan kitchen so right candidate must be presentable and speak a good level of english. At busy times chefs may be required to take out food to guests 35-50 hours per week/ straight shifts Must have minimum of 2 years experience in a fresh food kitchen.
