We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Sous Chef to join Maliéu, our exciting new opening in Fulham. Experience required. You’ll be the second-in-command of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver fast, consistent, high-quality food across busy breakfast, brunch and lunch services. We’re looking for a Pizza Chef to join our team at BASE. You’ll be preparing fresh dough, prepping toppings, and cooking high-quality pizzas to order. The role also includes keeping the kitchen clean, working well with the team, and making sure every pizza looks and tastes great. Experience working with pizza is preferred, and breakfast experience would be a bonus, as we also serve a morning menu.
