We’re looking for a friendly, confident Front of House Supervisor who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy service environment. This is a hands-on food service role where you’ll be the welcoming face of the business and the manager’s right hand, helping the team deliver fast, warm and consistently excellent service. You’ll lead by example during service, finishing and serving buns, assembling meals, preparing drinks, keeping queues moving and supporting the team wherever needed. You’ll also be trained across food preparation and other areas of the kitchen. Key responsibilities • Finish buns, assemble meals and prepare drinks quickly and accurately, • Lead front of house during service and provide a friendly, efficient customer experience, • Support the manager with organising, motivating and coaching the team, • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, presentation and cleanliness, • Help train and develop new team members, • Handle customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally, • Take charge of the shift when the manager is not on site About you • Experience as a supervisor or team leader in food service or hospitality, • Ideally, hands-on experience with food preparation or assembly, • Pride in presentation and a strong eye for detail when plating and finishing food, • A positive, confident and practical approach to busy service Benefits include free meals while on shift and a discretionary effort bonus.
