We are looking to appoint an experienced Full-time Principal Chartered Surveyor to join our friendly organisation. The Candidate will play a vital role in the organisational and the strength of the company and will become and integral part of the company.
The Role:
Role Title: Principal Chartered Surveyor
Hours of Work: 9am – 5pm (However the Employer may require the Employee to work Extra Hours as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: £52,000 to £58,000
Place of work: Hybrid working from Home. The candidate will also from time to time be required to work at the Employers Registered Office and Valuation Tribunal Wales and England.
Job/Role Duties.
Supply the Employer with 12 Valuation Reports and 12 Challenge Statements per week.
Conduct all Negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency.
Prosecute all rating appeals to the best of the Employee’s abilities with the view to achieving the best possible outcome to each and every rating appeal submitted by the Employer.
Represent the Employer’s clients at Valuation Tribunal where necessary by way of either written, or Representation in person when necessary.
Liase with Directors on a daily basis.
The Principal Chartered Surveyor/ Qualifications and Skills
Relevant Experience in Surveying and RICS - Essential.
Excellent Organisational and Teamwork Skills - Essential.
Outstanding Communication and Multitasking Skills - Essential.
Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages - Essential.
Willing to be Flexible as and when Required.
