We are a family run independent restaurant based in Windsor. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible We're looking for someone that is hard working, experienced and loves what they do. Excellent communication skills and a heart for customer service. A good team player, with the ability to encourage, motivate and train staff, as well as showing initiative. We have high standards which need to be maintained at all times. At least 2 years restaurant management experience is essential, together with bar experience Summary As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilize your supervisory and team management skills to lead staff effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food safety. Your strong communication and customer service abilities will be essential in resolving issues and enhancing guest satisfaction. With your culinary experience and knowledge of restaurant management, you will contribute to a vibrant and efficient atmosphere that drives success in our establishment. Responsibilities •Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food safety. •Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while enhancing customer service skills. •Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. •Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. •Maintain inventory and assist in food preparation when necessary, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Perform consecutive 30, 45,60, 90-minute quality massage therapy sessions. Design specific sessions based on client’s individual needs. Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis. Create excellent experience for customers through friendly and helpful attitude. WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BASED BUSINESS, WE ATTEND BREAKDOWNS AND RECOVERIES. WE ALSO RECOVER CASUALTY VEHICLES TO EITHER A GARAGE OR MEMBERS HOME ADDRESS. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Recovery Driver to join our small team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering and transporting a range of vehicles, including cars and vans, in a safe and efficient manner. This is what you’ll be doing: • Talking face-to-face with customers, sometimes in stressful circumstances • Recovering broken-down vehicles to garages or dealerships • Recovering vehicles involved in minor or major accidents • Using your initiative to resolve challenging situations Responsibilities: • Ensure that all vehicles are secured properly and safely during transportation • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner • Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle Requirements: • Have previous experience in a similar role • Hold a valid driving license up to 12 tonne • Hold a valid CPC card and digital tachograph card • Be able to work independently and as part of a team • Have good communication and customer service skills • Have a good understanding of health and safety regulations If you are a reliable and experienced Recovery Driver looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
