We have product-market fit. The challenge now is scale. \n We’re targeting £10 billion in deposits this year and £30 billion by the end of 2030. This is a 1-to-100 role, not a 0-to-1 role. We’re not searching for product-market fit. We’re engineering the systems, experiences and design decisions that turn a proven product into a category-defining one. \n For the right designer, this is one of the most compelling roles in UK fintech: genuine scale, a discerning client base, real commercial stakes and the mandate to do it properly. \n What You’ll Do \n\n • Own design for the Savings frontier. Work closely with the Product Lead to set direction. You are the design authority, from research and concept through to shipped, scaled product.\n, • Design for scale, not novelty.
