Reservation Assistant - Corrochio's, Cantina, & Cinco

Corrochio's in Dalston is expanding and on the hunt for wait staff to join our team. We're currently looking for a FULL-TIME, EXPERIENCED COCKTAIL BARTENDER to join our friendly and passionate crew. We’re looking for a team member with strong classic cocktail knowledge & spirits knowledge - in depth knowledge of agave spirits is favoured of course! That said, training will be provided. The successful candidate will know their way around the bar and floor, have exceptional technique when it comes to making drinks or all kinds, and have plenty of confidence when it comes to guest interaction. Weekend availability essential Tuesday-Thursday until 1am, Friday/Saturday until 2am. Sundays/Mondays off. RATE - Minimum of £16.5/hr (including tronc/gratuity). Staff typically receive anywhere between £1- £2.5/hr on top of their minimum. Experience: • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential., • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with guests and team members., • A background in restaurant or bar environments would be advantageous., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail., • A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for this role., • Knowledge of using Sevenrooms reservation system effectively. About the Role We’re looking for confident, social, and ambitious individuals to join our team as VIP PR Hosts and Hostesses. In this role, you’ll be promoting and managing guest attendance at some of the most exclusive nightlife venues in Central London, including hotspots in Mayfair, Soho, and beyond. This is a freelance position where you decide how and when you want to work. You can choose to promote remotely, work in person at events, or combine both for maximum flexibility and earnings. As a VIP Host/Hostess, your focus will be on inviting guests to high-end club nights, managing your guest list, and helping coordinate table bookings when needed. If you work in person, you’ll assist with guest check-ins and represent the brand on-site during live events. If working remotely, you’ll use social media, messaging apps, and your personal network to promote events and build your guest list. All earnings are based on the number of guests you bring and your performance. This role is completely commission only, however the commission is fully uncapped.
