Catering Resourcer
We are looking for a Catering Resourcer to join our small, busy recruitment team.
📅 Monday–Friday
⏰ 7:30am–4:00pm
Your main role will be to source and speak to candidates every day for a range of catering positions, including:
- Chefs and Sous Chefs
- Kitchen Assistants and Catering Assistants
- Front of House and Deli Assistants
- Kitchen Porters
- Other hospitality roles
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Is confident speaking to candidates on the phone.
- Can work quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Is organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Is proactive and good at building relationships.
- Works well as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Has a positive attitude and fits well into a busy office environment.
- Is confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Can learn and use our internal recruitment portals and systems.
Catering recruitment can be very fast-paced, with roles often needing to be filled at short notice, so you need to be able to react quickly and stay organised.
