KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and staff efficiency.
- Allocate responsibilities to team members and supervise their performance.
- Guide, support, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor stock levels, manage purchasing, and ensure spending aligns with budget targets.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally to uphold the store's reputation.
- Conduct regular inspections across all store areas and resolve operational issues.
- Plan and implement in-store promotional events and merchandising displays.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations within the store.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Effective planning and delegation skills to manage workloads efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1 year in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
