Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with potential leads via phone, guiding them through our services and converting them into new customers. This is a fully remote, full-time role where you will support the sales process by handling customer enquiries, following up on leads, and assisting with conversions using provided training and scripts. You will be working with pre-qualified leads and communicating with customers via message, email, or phone depending on the workflow.
