Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, ambitious, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help accelerate our business growth, strengthen our brand, and support our long-term expansion plans. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to execute effective local and digital marketing strategies.
This position also supports our need to stabilise recruitment following industry shortages, post-pandemic staffing difficulties, and increased market competition.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and boost repeat bookings.
- Create loyalty schemes, referral programmes, and promotional incentives.
Sales & Partnership Development - Identify collaboration opportunities with local businesses (gyms, boutiques, bridal studios, event services).
- Build and maintain professional partnerships that increase visibility and footfall.
Marketing Campaign Planning - Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, local promotions, email newsletters, and SMS marketing.
- Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Social Media & Digital Growth - Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to grow engagement and audience reach.
- Plan digital content, coordinate influencer relationships, and enhance the salon’s online presence.
Customer Feedback & Experience Improvement - Collect and analyse feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Event Planning & Community Engagement
- Represent Get Nailed at fairs, pop-ups, and local community events.
- Organise in-salon events to strengthen brand recognition.
Sales Tracking & Reporting - Monitor performance against monthly targets.
- Produce reports with insights and recommendations for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (beauty, wellness, or retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Llanelli and Dyfed local market.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing tools.
- Creative eye for branding, beauty trends, and visual presentation.
