We are currently hiring for two positions: one full-timeand one part-time.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the daily operations of our kiosk. Join a premium brand in the luxury fragrance sector, where your expertise and enthusiasm will help shape our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassador: Represent Oud Studio with confidence and develop deep product knowledge to engage and educate customers.
Customer Engagement: Connect with shoppers, assess their preferences, and provide tailored fragrance consultations.
Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while offering top-tier customer experiences.
Product Expertise: Stay well-versed in our fragrances—including ingredients, notes, and unique features—to guide and inspire purchases.
Store Operations: Support kiosk operations including stock management, deliveries, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organised space.
Promotions & Events: Assist with in-store campaigns and events to drive traffic and boost sales.
Experience & Qualifications:
Customer Service: Proven ability to offer exceptional service in a busy retail environment.
Sales Focused: Motivated by targets and passionate about closing sales.
Communication Skills: Confident, clear communicator with the ability to build rapport easily.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for visual merchandising and overall presentation.
Basic Numeracy: Comfortable handling payments, stock counting, and basic order processing.
