We are a growing design and build company based in London, focusing on planning, design, and residential/commercial renovation projects.
We’re looking for a proactive and responsible part-time assistant to join our team for 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in contacting potential clients and helping with business outreach
Support basic marketing and advertisement tasks (online posts, flyers, etc.)
Assist with site visits: taking measurements, photos, and notes
Help coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Provide basic admin support and help track project progress
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Chinese (preferred but not required)
Willingness to learn – no construction background needed
Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiar with social media or online platforms is a bonus
