This is a hands-on role involving a variety of 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry work, including:
Timber partitioning and stud walls
Installing and replacing timber doors
Modifying or installing staircases
Fitting kitchens and general interior carpentry
You'll be working on high-quality refurbishments as part of a dedicated property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work and wants regular, ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in domestic carpentry and refurbishment work
Own tools and PPE
Ability to read drawings and work independently
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in high standards
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
