B2B Sales Representative – Commission Only Northstar Agency | Remote | United Kingdom Northstar Agency is a UK digital agency providing straightforward, professionally designed websites to small businesses. Our current Starter Website package is priced at £500 setup + £59 per month for hosting and care. We are looking for motivated B2B salespeople who are comfortable speaking with business owners, generating conversations and closing straightforward website sales. Compensation This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary and no guaranteed income. Commission is: 15% of collected setup revenue For our current £500 Starter Website package, this equals: £75 commission per valid completed sale. Commission is paid on Fridays after: • the customer’s setup payment has cleared;, • the order is valid; and, • no refund or chargeback has invalidated the commission. Commission is not paid on: • VAT;, • monthly recurring fees;, • refunds;, • chargebacks;, • failed or unpaid orders. There is no cap on the number of eligible commissions you can earn. What you’ll do • Contact UK business prospects by phone and email., • Introduce Northstar Agency and our website service., • Speak with business owners and decision-makers., • Identify whether the prospect has a genuine website requirement., • Explain our pricing and scope accurately., • Answer straightforward sales questions using our approved information., • Book sales conversations where appropriate., • Send approved checkout links to interested prospects., • Follow up genuine opportunities., • Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, replies and outcomes., • Respect all opt-outs and Northstar’s marketing compliance procedures.
