Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between sales, technical, and customer.
Responds to customer enquiries with detailed information about services, pricing, and product features.
Assists walk-in and online customers in understanding product offerings and specifications.
Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and repair job orders accurately.
Addresses customer concerns promptly and escalates complex issues to appropriate sales or technical staff.
Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management.
