  HR Compliance & Audit Lead Northampton- Hybrid Salary- Up to £50,000 per annum This role ensures the HR function consistently meets audit and compliance standards while proactively managing risk and driving continuous improvement. Although the role has no direct reports, it requires strong influencing skills and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders up to Director and C-suite level.
