- Oversee the daily operations of the salon;
- Organise, direct and coordinate the activities and resources to make sure the salon runs smoothly and effectively;
- Motivate teams, create business strategies, determine staffing, control allocation, purchase necessary material and beauty products and train new staff;
- Maintain clients records and financial accounts of the business;
- Undertake and advise hair treatments and beauty therapy;
- Resolve any complaints and problem, check and maintain any equipment an ensure that all safety requirements are met.
- Cutting and styling hair according to a customers needs
- Grooming and trimming facial hair using the correct tools such as combs. razors, scissors and clippers
- Using a card reader and cash machine to process client payments
