You will have day to day responsibility for the running of our salon based in East Grinstead, West Sussex inc the role of a senior therapist.
Full training given in the working processes of the company which, also has a 5* Google review rating, as well as our skin care partner Dibi Milano both in-salon and at their new state of the art academy in central London. This will include new skin care techniques and products.
We are looking for you to be highly skilled in all aspects of beauty treatments and possess NVQ level 3. Additionally to embrace more qualifications if required …. We believe that there are no limits to gaining more knowledge and you won’t get bored either!
Personal qualities and a real hunger to progress, coupled with an engaging, personable ‘can do’ attitude sprinkled with an empathetic disposition are the key elements in continuing the development of an already solid client base plus the full support of the Directors. A good work ethic is also essential.
This is an employed position with a starting basic of £28,500 per year plus commission, your birthday off and paid if falling on a normal work day (after 6 months service) one free beauty treatment per month and hair service in our sister salon in East Grinstead and some Saturdays off after a an agreed service period.
Standard NHBF Employment Contract with 28 days paid holiday inc bank holidays.
