THE ROLE This is a full-time position with a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, cooking delicious, fresh food with precision and care. We are excited to welcome a Head Chef to our small, friendly team from the beginning of December. We are an independent neighbourhood restaurant with an established customer base and strong ties to the local community. Our seasonal menu changes regularly, and we work with exciting produce and fantastic suppliers. You will join a small, skilled team in an open-plan kitchen, supporting a positive working relationship with front of house. The role requires approximately 48 hours per week, with an annual salary of around £50,000 (including TRONC). We are open from Wednesday evening through to Sunday lunch, with set days off, minimal admin and minimal take-home work. Previous experience running a kitchen as a Head Chef is essential, along with a genuine passion for food and hospitality and a personable nature.
