We’re looking for a hands-on Packing Team Leader to lead our packing team, keep the line running efficiently, and make sure every meal is packed to the right quality and food safety standards. Work along side other Packing Team Leaders. What You’ll Do • Lead and support the packing team during daily production., • Organise the team and keep the packing line running efficiently., • Make sure meals are packed accurately and to the correct specification., • Monitor quality, presentation and packing standards throughout the shift., • Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures are followed., • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep production on track., • Work closely with the Production Manager and wider production team., • Set a strong example and help create a positive, productive working environment. The role As Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in making sure the restaurant runs smoothly throughout the shift. Your responsibilities will include: • Welcoming, greeting and seating guests, • Managing your own section and ensuring excellent service, • Supporting and guiding the front-of-house team during service, • Liaising closely with our reservations team regarding bookings, tables and guest requests, • Managing the flow of the restaurant and making sure tables are turned efficiently, • Opening and closing the restaurant, • Completing opening and closing checks and ensuring the restaurant is ready for service, • Dealing confidently with guest queries and resolving any issues professionally, • Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the restaurant We’re looking for someone who • Has previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or senior FOH role, • Is confident leading a team during busy services, • Has excellent customer service and communication skills, fluent in English, and preferably also Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese., • Is organised, reliable and able to work independently, • Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in the restaurant, • Can stay calm and positive when things get busy, • Is flexible and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
