



The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience both in-store and through our online delivery platforms. You’ll be responsible for daily service operations and maintaining a clean and organised shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Customer Service & Sales;
-Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner;
-Take orders accurately and process payments (card/cash);
-Ensure all displays and counters remain clean and presentable.
Order Management:
-Manage delivery and collection orders through JustEat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and other platforms
-Organise orders for efficient and timely handover;
-Communicate clearly with drivers and customers when needed.
Shop Operations:
-Prepare drinks (hot and cold beverages) to company standards;
-Restock fridges, shelves, and packaging areas throughout the day;
-Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory checks;
-Keep all work areas clean and tidy, following food safety guidelines.
General Duties:
-Support the team during busy periods;
-Follow opening and closing procedures;
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
-Friendly, confident, and customer-focused, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, organised, proactive, and attentive to detail,
Reliable with good time-management skills.
Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, or takeaway shops is preferred but not essential.
Basic understanding
of food hygiene (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus)
