Parts Supervisor Overview We are seeking an experienced and organised Parts Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of a busy automotive parts department. You will assist in managing stock, supporting technicians and service advisors, maintaining manufacturer standards, and ensuring excellent internal and external customer service. Key Responsibilities Operational Support • Support the Parts Manager in the daily running of the parts department, • Supervise parts advisors and coordinate workloads, • Ensure timely supply of parts to workshop, bodyshop, and service departments, • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and replenishment, • Carry out regular stock takes and manage discrepancies, • Ensure correct goods-in, storage, and parts identification, • Deal with internal and external trade customers professionally, • Handle parts enquiries, pricing, and availability, • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve supply issues, • Assist in achieving departmental KPIs including availability, stock value, and margins, • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and audit requirements, • Support training and development of parts team members, • Provide cover for the Parts Manager when required, • Promote a positive, efficient, customer-focused working environment
