As a Senior Sous Chef at Fallow, you will work closely with our Head Chef to deliver an outstanding dining experience. You will take a lead role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and efficiency, helping to shape a progressive and forward-thinking kitchen. As a Pizzaiolo at Fresco Trattoria, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, traditional Italian pizzas in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We’re looking for an experienced pâtisserie / bakery chef to join our production team in Chiswick. You’ll be preparing pastries, croissants, cakes, breads and savoury bakes, all made from scratch with gluten-free, organic ingredients. You should be confident working independently, organised, and comfortable with early morning and occasional night shifts. Strong experience with laminated doughs and croissants is important. Attention to detail and creativity are essential. References will be requested, and a practical baking trial will form part of the selection process.
