Weekend and Evening Breakfast/Grill Chef is required for a popular central London cafe. Will need to have experience of fast breakfast service. Will also be required to carry out some food preparation for our British/Italian menu items. A working knowledge of health and safety procedures.

As a Breakfast Chef at FALLOW, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Il Bistrotto is an Italian bistro in Chelsea, created in collaboration with Velier, one of the most respected names in the spirits world. We are an evening-only venue with a warm, vibrant atmosphere. We serve a menu of Italian tapas-style plates, designed for fast and energetic service. While this is a full Sous Chef role across all sections of the kitchen, the successful candidate will also need to be confident working in our bakery station, where we prepare our house-made Focaccia al Formaggio — one of the highlights of our menu. The Restaurant In partnership with Chef Luke Farrell, Speedboat Bar takes inspiration from the Thai-Chinese restaurants in Bangkok’s Chinatown and the thrilling sport of Speedboat racing along the canals (klongs) of Thailand.
