Sommelier – Gaia Restaurant, Mayfair Gaia Restaurant, the renowned Greek-Mediterranean dining destination in Mayfair, is looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team. As Sommelier, you will play a key role in elevating the guest experience, curating memorable wine journeys, and sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with both guests and colleagues. Working closely with the Head Sommelier, you’ll help ensure the wine programme reflects the elegance and high standards of Gaia.
