We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic Waitress to join our busy restaurant with a capacity of 50 guests. Responsibilities: Welcome and seat customers with a smile. Take food and drink orders accurately. Serve meals and beverages promptly. Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience. Handle payments and keep tables clean and organised. Work closely with the kitchen and other team members.

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes (curries, tandoori items, biryani, breads, starters, and desserts), • Follow traditional Indian recipes while adapting to customer preferences, • Manage food preparation, cooking times, and portion control, • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (Food Safety Level 2/3), • Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste, • Supervise kitchen assistants and junior chefs, • Ensure compliance with UK food safety and allergen regulations, • Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Curry Chef, • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques, • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, • Time management and teamwork skills, • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen control
