As a Chef, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality culinary experiences for our guests, contributing to our welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to our menu specifications., • Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation., • Manage kitchen inventory, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste., • Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service., • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area., • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, ideally within a pub or bar environment., • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking and food preparation., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, working efficiently under pressure., • Comprehensive understanding of food safety practices and kitchen procedures., • A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills., • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
