Sous Chef / Italian
Our award-winning and popular Restaurant situated in Bank has an excellent reputation for food, wine and service. We are looking for Chefs on all levels that can work in all sections and keep up with the high standards that this restaurant's reputation is well known for. You will be working under the direction of the Head Chef and Brand Chef. Managing only the freshest seasonal produce available in the market helps our team create a fantastic Italian menu.
✅ Supporting the Executive Chef and Head Chef in the general running of the kitchen
✅Managing Rotas, Job interviews, Onboarding new employees and handling disciplinary HR issues
✅ Training junior chef’s up to set standards
✅ Organising food delivery orders and schedules, delivery quality control checks, dealing with food suppliers
✅ Completing food hygiene documents to comply with the law and writing environmental health reports when necessary
✅ Managing inventory and keeping stock control
