We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join out kitchen team at Osteria Fiorentina in Chelsea.
Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Helping prepare and plate menu items while ensuring that all food products are produced and plated according to Brand Standards
  • Responsible for upholding all standards and daily operations of his kitchen in conjunction with his Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Assist with goal development and follow up, budget reviews.
  • Review the daily activities
  • Oversee and direct training of new hires in specified phases of the kitchen operation
  • Provide feedback to staff on their performance

You will need to have experiences in the position
Salary up to £16.50 per hour plus bonus and incentives.
If you have experiences with Italian cuisine and meat is a plus.
