Responsibilities for this position include: - Helping prepare and plate menu items while ensuring that all food products are produced and plated according to Brand Standards - Responsible for upholding all standards and daily operations of his kitchen in conjunction with his Sous Chef and Head Chef - Assist with goal development and follow up, budget reviews. - Review the daily activities - Oversee and direct training of new hires in specified phases of the kitchen operation - Provide feedback to staff on their performance - Taking ownership of your section’s mise-en-place in terms of quantity and quality and deputise in the absence of the Sous Chef or Head Chef You will need to have experiences in the position Salary £15 per hour plus bonus plus incentives.
