Riviera London, renowned for its elegant interpretation of Southern French Mediterranean cuisine, is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team.
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in restaurants of a similar calibre (fine dining or high-end establishments)
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on Southern French gastronomy
  • Proven ability to lead and support a kitchen brigade
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen
  • Supervise and coordinate the brigade during service
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
