Sous Chef / Mediterranean

If you are an experienced Sous Chef with a background in busy kitchens, then we want to hear from you. We are only open for service in the evening, which gives our Chefs a great work-life balance.

Chef requirements
✅ It is not an opportunity to be missed as there is a lot of potential to grow as a Chef in this establishment.
✅ Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard.
✅ Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs.
✅ Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
✅ Take charge of the mise en place and stock control of your section.
✅ Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen.
