As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. The primary responsibilities will involve customer service, order taking, and maintaining a clean and organised front of house area. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously. Handle card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house area. Assist in restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by management. Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required.
