  Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to other staff members. Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance. Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines. Working through the end-of-day tick list, ensuring the shop is prepared for the following day. Actively drive and enrich product knowledge by engaging with shop material and literature on stationery topics.
