While the new store is being built and prepared, you’ll be getting hands-on experience and training in our nearby Lidl stores so you're fully ready for launch day. As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
