Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, including experience managing a team of 10 or more. • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations. • Proficient in health and safety standards, as well as food preparation and nutrition. • Experience with inventory management and control, including stock ordering and rotation. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality standards. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Knowledge in Gluten free/vegan recipes Application Process: Candidates will undergo a three-stage assessment process, including a trial shift, an in-person interview, and reference checks.
