Job Title: Chocoberry Team Member
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Team Member to join our vibrant dessert brand. In this versatile role, you will be the heart of our operations—delivering exceptional service to our guests, crafting delicious desserts, maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Front of House: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately at the counter or tables, and serve food and beverages with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Dessert Preparation & Kitchen Operations: Prepare and assemble a variety of signature desserts, waffles, shakes, and sweet treats following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Chef & Food Handling Duties: Assist with daily kitchen prep, ingredient handling, and cooking tasks while maintaining strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the front-of-house, seating areas, display counters, and kitchen workspace clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently alongside fellow team members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations, especially during peak hours.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred.
- A passion for the dessert industry and a natural enthusiasm for interacting with people.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
